Did I read this right? This evil clown had previously intentionally struck two other police officers on separate occasions? WTF is he doing out of jail? The names of the DA's and judges that slap these violent offenders on the wrist need to be made public. Prayers sent for the officer and his family.

Blacks have the absolute lowest suicide rates among races in the USA... won't comment on that fact, just putting it out there.

what makes you think they aren’t? The 2014 case is well documented in this very thread

This is the big question of the moment. Has there been any word on how he is doing?

You were awful specific with that information. How did you find out the full disposition of the case including credit for time served when you were only there overnight?

You sure that wasn't a family member?

God Bless his family

District Attorney Hillar Moore said Sunday the attempted murder charge will now be upgraded to first-degree murder.

Moore said he will first consult with the Eisworth family before making a final decision but he currently plans to seek the death penalty in the case.

By all means. I dont care what sort of mental issues the killer may or may not have had.

I think that’s the one that posted on Twitter or Instagram that he “just stretched one” right after it happened

I mean, it’s the least Moore can do seeing as this guy should have been behind bars for his 1st 2 attempts of killing cops

The same suspect was arrested in October 2014 on a charge of “intention to injure or kill an officer”, a source told the WAFB I-TEAM. Earlier that same year, he was charged with aggravated assault with a vehicle on an officer, sources said.
