The department has lost nearly 30 officers since the start of the year. We're 7 months in. How many more do you think will leave as they see the chief continues to not have their back?
It's bad when you have those in the current training academy dropping out for other academies that haven't even started yet. And that is happening.

Fact is, you don’t know shite.
You are a moron and have no clue. Most officers are miserable and don't support the chief. Paul came in talking about clearing out the good ole boy system which was a problem. Although, he comes in and almost exclusively promotes black officers to command positions. Paul also said that Salamoni shouldn't have been hired due to a prior arrest but rumor has it that there are two convicted felons in the academy right now. He also recently went against the Union when he worked with State Legislators to have Civil Service changed where he can promote his cronies faster.

I talk to a few officers regularly that despise the man, and 2 of them are people of color. Fact is Paul was the hand picked puppet by Broome to do exactly what she says.
