I'm all for Uber and other modes of transportation. But our cities for the most part aren't there yet to 'hit the town' or go to dinner without a car.
But the culture of drinking and driving as 'acceptable' is changing.
I do applaud the younger generation, especially the Tigerland crowd. It's nice to see 40+ cars there on a Sunday morning. When I was in college(most of 90s), we all drove home plastered.

You know this was all in the news after the 2012 Bama game(Ben Hur) and the Bayou Bash(Govt street @ 110 southbound on ramp).
I'm no lawyer but remember the content of that post being talked about in news, and likely here as well.
