When will these people #1 learn to not threaten harm and death against another human on social media AND in general life. Also, if they are vibrating on such a low frequency of rhythm and tone out of connection with the higher state of consciousness, there are apps out there like Hushed which can be used.

Why is this behavior looked at as a badge of honor by some members of the African community.

Get your fricking shite together.

This is worse than the Islamic community denouncing jihadists but don't do anything about it

Maximum sentence under the law, especially since his has been convicted of this before.

And obviously the justice system did not do its job and should be also held accountable for failure in rehabilitation of this individual. Prison was not set up to just let people sit caged in feeling constant fear for their lives. It was set up to rehabilitate those incarcerated.

I'm on the side of the law, however this country's for profit prison industrial complex has been in a state of malpractice and further endangering society when these individuals are released.

There is no way they have ipads and tablets in there. Not legally at least. They'd kill each other over those things.
They can email out from there but there is a system set up where they pay per email.

I live in ATL and I like them having access to this technology. However, like parents can establish controls on tech media, the prisons should do the same. I want my tax dollars in GA loading these tablets and pads with reading and learning materials to elevate those incarcerated. And like homework, assign completion of these materials with class work and home work. And reward those who complete these tasks with access to email family and friends on the outside, read the sports pages, etc. REHABILITATE these individuals, don't just hold them for a set amount of time, UP TO HOLDING THEM TO A SPECIFIC TIME OF RELEASE LIKE HOSPITALS DO, so they can bill the tax payers for extra time. Teach them daily in the class room, starting with the basics of right and wrong they missed out on as children growing up, teach them self-help mental knowledge, teach them technological skills or other skills so they can find gainful sustaining employment when released. That's what my tax dollars are supposed to be paying for.

Not really... what tax dollars spent for the purpose of incarceration are supposed to do is impose 1. retribution 2. incapacitation 3. deterrence, and THEN offer the chance for, 4. rehabilitation. Tax dollars do provide OPPORTUNITIES for education, taking courses, and learning job skills... but ONLY for those who may have the motivation to do something with themselves.... just like the opportunities prisoners already had before they chose to violate the rights of law-abiding citizens... and they are the ones who will still have their rights, which includes their right to live free from criminals. Tax dollars cannot and will not guarantee changes. Those opportunities were already infinitely more available before the decision was made to trade the rights that come along with freedom so they can be forced to live in a cage. Providing cell phones and other ridiculous privileges completely defeats the intent of those "tax dollars". .
