very cowardly of obama.
VERY cowardly. But that's par for the course with this ineffectual fraud of a president.

She's gonna round up all the white people in BR and deport them to St. George
A better idea would be to round them up and give them houses in NBR.

Are zip cars and trams the other 10%?

In other words, it is now okay for felons to carry guns concealed and also to shoot police officers if they try to arrest the felon.
It will however be prohibited for police officers to shoot felons attempting to arm themselves with a gun while being placed under arrest.

Prediction on what the feds conclude?
My guess would be:
Officers used tactics that were taught to them and their actions were in compliance with local BRPD policy
Those tactics must be revised as they contributed to an escalation of force rather than peacefully ending the standoff
race was NOT a factor as the tactics employed would have been applied to any non-compliant offender
no criminal charges

1. SWB tells BRPD and EBRSO to give the protestors "space"
2. Protestors shut down the interstate at the 10/110.
3. Some truck nut baw drinking a 24oz Bud Lite on the way to the plant just straight mows down like eight of them.
So begins the Great American Race War.

Can anybody decode this? Is she gonna start rounding up white people?
Maybe she'll start up a group called "100 white men".

Shouldn't Mr.Sterling share some of the blame for carrying a concealed handgun without a permit in his front pants pocket?

Then they'll add that BRPD is still racist (just like they said about Ferguson PD)

Beat me to it.
She cannot wait to get her hands on BRPD.
IDK, I would think the EBR parish school system was a little more important...
