My guess was freeze dried broccoli like this from Trader Joe's only with more of the stems removed. In a baggie passed off quickly to someone in public who doesn't have a chance to take a closer look, it'd be passable.

Takes 25 elbows to get to Florida's marijuana trafficking threshold, which is a requisite for armed trafficking. At that point you're already looking at a 2nd degree felony without the gun. Even with the elevation to first degree felony you aren't getting close to the F2 max sentence, unless your scoresheet is completely fricked.
