How many people in America are serving 10 years in prison for a minor possession as their first ever offense. Most folks who have long sentences for weed, usually have prior felonies on their record, and they get dinged for violating probation, or something of that sort.

It is a bullshite law. But we do not have the same law here. Weed is illegal in many places. But judges are not throwing Americans in prison for 10 years for a minor possession charge. Most people who get caught with weed on them will usually get a slap on the wrist, community service, etc. That sort of thing.

"Excessive"? She's been playing in Russia for 7 seasons. Do you honestly believe this was her first violation of a law she knew existed. And chose to ignore? Notice that none of the left is even mentioning the former U.S. Marine who has already served4 years & is looking at 12 more. For an alleged crime he says he never committed? biden no longer has an ace in the hole to leverage him out & he will undoubtedly be "left behind" & forgotten just as the still 100's of American allies left behind & forgotten by bien & the left.

Um, who was he spying for? It seems like that would be pro-American. Now, if it were for another country it would be treason. Either way, the USA should have a very strong reason for needing him back home for national security reasons.
