He got paid money for speaking from funds used to help needy families and didn't do the speaking arrangements. He paid back 500k but still owes another 600k or so.

Why is this news though? Because he is a white male. I bet there are minorities in charge of these funds. Like I said. What about the other 90+ million? Whoever approved of this spending should be put on the stage.
