Article doesn't mention the breed.

It might have been a chihuahua.

Seems easy enough to figure out. What’s the holdup?

That's by kendalwood park. I've seen some nasty dogs while hiking there. Some nasty people too

There's always been a methy element down there near the end of it that I can remember.

Isn’t that close to Mallard Lakes and some high end houses?

It's not far and there are some nice neighborhoods off of Vignes and Elliott too but there is still a white trash element down Hoo Shoo Too in some parts that's been back there for 40+ years.

Yes go past Mallard lakes and there's a road on the right there is a park at the end of it. If I'm correct that's where they caught that guy that killed the state trooper in Ascension parish and he fled down there.

That and a few random properties and side streets here and there. My cousin lived way down towards the end of Hoo Shoo Too and we ran around that area a lot as kids. It was the sticks back then though. I've seen some of the biggest cottonmouths in my life back there in the 80s.

Jesus. Imagine you get off work, pick up the kids from school on a Friday. Let them play outside a bit before dinner. And your daughter is killed by a fricking dog in your neighborhood. It’s insane. All pit bulls should be confiscated and euthanized. I don’t care that some of them are friendly and gentle. All dogs hit a limit where they will bite, and pit bulls were bred to kill when they bite. They’re too dangerous and they’re owned by and large by trash people that treat them like shite and encourage aggressiveness that results in more killing

Time reported was off by an hour, it was 5:35 not 635... may not be the breed of peace either.... some of that down on kendallwood gets pretty sketchy, for god's sake I hope ryan clark never breaks down back there.
