Damn, the gunman was fired in April. You never want this to happen, but when it does, it seems like they would do it soon after they are fired.. When they are still emotional, etc... Either way this is awful.

Seems like he would have chilled but you never know. Could be he tried to move on to another job and got bad referral from the former employer, or couldn't land a job and unjustly blamed his problems on the former employer and it built up. Either way, I wish people would either get help or take their own selves out rather than go shoot up a place.
