Break-ins at Arlington Cottages on Ben Hur

Know there have been several cars broken into in past week. Anyone got any details or information about what is being done to catch the a-holes and to prevent more in the future?

My buddy was going to look at a getting a place in there when they were building and asked if it was gated. They told him, "No. Gates don't work. We tried it on other properties and it stopped nothing." While I'm sure gates don't fix everything, I find it hard to believe they're not at least a small deterrent.
Also, there's like four BRPD officers who live in Arlington. I'd imagine Arlington is working with them to figure out a plan.

Ben Hur is a pretty long way down Burbank for the Democrats to travel. The soccer fields are much closer.
