One time when I was in China I saw a mom, dad, and five kids riding ONE scooter.
The funniest part of that is the NONE of the kids had helmets on but the parents did.

I always tell of a time in Mexico I saw a lady holding an infant, driving a scooter, but I think five on one is way worse.
We just have a totally different concept of safety here.
