If someone is dangerously too close to me I will absolutely brake check them. However, I don’t actually APPLY the brake. Just a tap will make your brake lights flash, thus telling the person behind me, “back the frick off!”

I'll typically tap my brakes just enough to set the brake lights off but not enough to slow down. Seems to do the job of annoying the tailgating a-hole without putting everyone in too much harm.

Sometimes they give me extra fries. But I don't think it breaks Checkers.

Why don't you provide one good reason as to why you would end up in a position to where brake checkers would be something that upsets you, or that you ever even notice. I've never been brake checked in my life because I'm not a stupid frick.

You can't brake check someone unless they are tailgating. If they are tailgating then it's appropriate to make sure their brakes work to spec to be driving that close.

Never hurt anyone to just let off the gas until they get the idea. If that doesn't work a couple of pennies out of the sunroof should do the trick
