So you're all for others helping these "refugees" with their efforts and money, even if they don't want to. You just can't be bothered to do it yourself. Typical liberal logic right there.

I'm all for helping legit refugees. We can set up camps in the Middle East and send them everything they need. There's no need to bring them here. The risk is simply too high.

I agree with this.

Don't bring them here. It's cold, but this is basically war time and the rules are different. If this was a civil war in a country that wasn't trying to attack America, then I'd say let them in, but right now, even increasing the risk by .01% is too much for me.

Europe should've done this. Give them some food medicine and tents. Then tell them to go fight for their country or find somewhere to go. Insanity to take them all in.

Oh well, I guess that's just the world we live in now. Have to chance the lives of others to accommodate people we don't know. It's "the American way!"

Exactly. Set up camps right next door in Turkey where they can be safe. Not only will this help lessen the chance and terrorists can sneak in here, it will also save a lot of lives over there since they won't be packing themselves into anything that will somewhat float in a desperate attempt to reach the west. Once again, I want anyone to tell me why in order to help these people we've got to bring them over here. I'm still waiting on anyone to answer that question.

FACT is that 5% of Muslims worldwide are radical. That is by the most conservative estimates

Just as bad is the huge percentage of Muslims who aren't radical themselves but who still agree with the radicals. If the wide Muslim world really opposed these frickers, they'd be extinguished in a week.

Compared to Syria or Iraq? Yes. And if you set up refugee camps and protect them with Turkish (or maybe UN) troops who control who comes in and who goes out, they will be be quite safe. Point being, they can be taken care of right there in their own part of the world. There's no need to bring them here.

But for the heartbreak and loss that would be the inevitable result, it would serve that mother fricker right if old boy strolled into the White House wearing the latest in suicide vest fashion.

Nope; I said churches. They chose to help and were not mandated. Your reading comprehension is continuously piss poor and you twist my words to fit your liberal "logic". Typical.

you keep getting your arse handed to you on this subject and instead of coming up with anything resembling a halfway intelligent counterpoint you instead just hurl pathetic insults. Pretty much sums up who and what you are.

Blue Velvet is the same guy saying "Louisiana should welcome these refugees with open arms" in another thread. And he is calling people dense. Like the pot calling the kettle black.
