Holy shite why?

Homes in Hattiesburg are dirt cheap too. I know homes in Canebrake and Shadow Ridge that are very affordable and on golf course.

358k will get you this fine, 1,500 sq. foot home with no view in JNU.
In Jackson Hole, it will get you a two room cabin with a wood stove for heat. I am not exagerrating.

Oh, I know. It's a hot spot with a lot of vacation properties.
Median housing price here is about 330k, the abundance of downtown condos helps bring it down a bit. Median household income is around 85k. It's the lower earners who are hurt locally. You can't buy a 20 year old trailer for less than 80K unless it's trashed

and someone will bid it up to $1.4 million

The front-facing garage door is a timeless look

What are the comps?

I would pay 1.5 for it where I live :)

Only if it was not in St George.

You keep your boat at the marina. Not your front yard.

Not a huge fan of the garage being in front of the house, but it wouldn't be a deal breaker. Nice house baw

if that was my house for sale, i'd hunt you down and strangle you for posting this
Why would you do that? It's not a pocket listing. It's an open listing on the MLS. People have every right to discuss the list price if they want to. If you're uncomfortable with people discussing whether your home is really worth what you're asking for it then don't put the damn thing up for sell.

Found some monster homes just outside the loop in Houston in the 400k range. Most with a pool and some on a lake.
I'm shocked any one would even consider dropping 400k on that house in Bay St. Louis.

Haha, this is comical. I post something and you rush to the discussion thread to insult me. Sounds like you have a bit of a personal vendetta against me. Lighten up bud; it's just the internet.

They have a pic in the ad that makes you assume it's on the beach, when of course it's not.

It's a deal breaker for me. Wouldn't even buy in a neighborhood where I rode around and saw nothing but garage doors
