That is different than what I got. I figured he was frustrated.
Going back and forth with my ex-wife about this by text now and if I know her (I do), she's going to try using this as an excuse to pull our daughter out. I told her I've already reached out to the Mr. Porche and the diocese. Total BS and I don't want my daughter to suffer either by way of the mask or changing schools.

This is from the FB page that was started for parents to come together. Guess they going to protest tomorrow.

Hey everyone. It is good that everyone is signing the petition asking the diocese to end masking and segregating students into groups. However, we need to show up in person to let them know that this really is important to us.
Please join me tomorrow at noon and all 10,000 and counting of our friends at the Diocese of Baton Rouge office at the Catholic Life Center on the the corner of Hundred Oaks and Acadian.
Again details, for the meeting time.
Tomorrow, Friday 7/16
Noon
At the Catholic Life Center parking lot.

Where is this info? I'd like to share it to my school's page so they can all see it as well. Let the bishop see just how many people are about to start withholding tithes, volunteering, boycotting school fairs, etc...

There is certainly societal value in families raising Christian children who will grow up to be law-abiding citizens, hard workers, faithful spouses and responsible parents.

It would be kore “traumatic” to make your daughter change schools then wear a mask. Just saying.

You and I are on the same page here. Without going into details, I made a very poor choice in who I married and had children with. She has ZERO appreciation for Catholic school values, but agreed in the divorce to sending my daughter there (son is a different matter because of autism ). She will look for ANY excuse to take my daughter out or at the very least bitch about it and has no problem voicing her opinions on the matter to my daughter. It's something that I have to combat regularly, but I try (poorly sometimes) to lead by example with my daughter. Thus, I would be VERY hesitant to take her out.

I looked at it yesterday, but forgot to like it or make note of the FB page.

What is the name of the page so I can follow?

TIA.

Not seeing how it’s any business of the person who left the note on the van

Why don’t they go spray that on the doors of the projects and trailers?

Blake, you have to admit the gap is narrowing
I’m being facetious but BR private schools aren’t what they used to be

AP public schools will never be academically superior to BR Catholic Schools

I think BR private schools are as good as ever. I think AP public schools have gotten better.

Yep.

Masks recommended but optional, no proving vaccine status, etc.

Bishop basically said they originally interpreted the guidelines as requirements, but now are using them as recommendations.
