Apparently it's some new resort village or something opening on River Road. Is this going to be part of BR after the great St. George schism?

I believe that area was annexed into the city of BR when L'auberge was annexed. Not positive though.

It a traditional neighborhood development that looks pretty nice on paper. As usual with these things, the lots aren't big, but there should be a bunch of amenities and community space to compensate. I'll take the aesthetics of developments like this and The Preserve at Harveston over the cookie cutter stuff that is being built along Burbank.

The RV park is supposed to be "high-end" and I think geared toward old people who want to gamble at L'Aurbege and come in for LSU games. We'll see how that works out.

Just imagine the sand boils every time the river gets high. You won't be able to walk in your yard every other spring.

It took harveston at least a few years to reach the >$200/sf price point across the board. This development decided to just start there. I guess they need to pay for those brick paver streets somehow.

Depends on the soil, which is highly variable along the river. I assume they did their homework here. The developers are civil engineers.
