Anita sounds like the typical over reactive British bitch.
Made a huge fuss over something that happens once in awhile even in nicer restaurants. They refunded her and replaced the sandwich. She continued to fuss because they didn't give her more money and threw the bug away and the health Dept couldn't investigate. This is a prime example why the UK has devolved into a police nanny state.
It's just a fricking bug not like an employee smeared feces all over the burger
