It doesn’t matter whether it’s grainy or not. You can see him huddled up in his waistband, officers notice and start hitting him/back away and an object falls from his hand as he’s shot

Look to me that the suspect fired the first shot. The agent who shot him didn't have his weapon pulled when the first shot was fired,

I think anyone being objective will say that we need more angles, and that there’s no way to tell from the one distantly-shot video whether this was justified or not. But you’re not talking to objective thinkers, you’re talking to people who wish every liberal suffered the same fate, so it’s truly pointless.

Dude, stop. The officer had no way of knowing which direction her wheels were pointing. A vehicle is a deadly weapon and when she accelerated he was well within his rights to use lethal force.

I already said the evidence in the OP video isn't conclusive to anything yet but I also said it doesn't look good nor is DHS to be trusted
