They just need to have some more northern breaches and we wouldn't have to pay the piper for everyone else's fricking rains.

We haven't been able to drive piles on my sites near the river for almost 3 months at this point. Waiver was at EL 15 but its staying above that for months

That stinks. I have a friend who has been waiting on the river to go down so he could drive piles for his new house. Wanted to start in March

It has been a constant fight with the Corps on our job sites.

Good news is that Vicksburg is forecast to crest at 50' - 7' lower than 2011, and the rain forecast for the next two weeks is relatively light for most of the watershed north of LA -
