Boil water advisory for East bank of New Orleans

I love that this happened at 2am and they didn't announce the advisory until 10am.

The city just got around to sending out the email about it.

And it is full of veiled attacks on Entergy which is hilarious

I have never seen a major city have more frequent boil bans than New Orleans.
