meh, you will be surprised what someone at that weight can do. The competition I was in had a person that only weighed 190 and benched 465 and it was easy to him. The only reason he didn't go higher was because that was his 3rd press.

BTW don't use wrist wraps and make sure to warm up those rotator cuffs.

Would most people here rather be strong are look good? I see a ton of guys at the gym who lift heavy weights and are big but also have a gut and not a single cut. I know you can have both but I would rather look good and be in good overall health than be able to lift a ton of weight.

I added some intense cardio recently.

Id rather be strong than look strong like the fitness models or the dudes in the gym who looks big but can't lift shite.

New flash if you lift to be strong you can still get the aesthetic look with proper dieting

speaking of diet its time for my 2nd lunch of the day chicken breast and broccoli.

405 squat
550 deadlift

5'10 185 pounds

ETA: Those numbers are from like 6-9 months ago. I just tooke 2 months off lifting and when I restested my current numbers are
270 bench
370 squat
505 deadlift

I haven't worked out in a couple weeks so I'm probably far from my best but my best is

Bench- 230
Squat- around 260 (weak legs)
Deadlift- none

5'10" 165 lbs
