Body Types Through History - Maybe NSFW

Perceptions surrounding beauty and body types not only vary by culture, but have evolved significantly throughout history. In a visually dynamic attempt to recreate this evolution, BuzzFeed Video showcased a diverse cast of models to depict more than 3,000 years of women’s ideal body types by each society’s standard of beauty.
Interesting what people thought the ideal figure was throughout history. What’s your favorite?

But the vagina has remained the same shape throughout history.
Except oriental ones. I hear those are sideways.
That explains the eyes.

Why didn’t they use an Egyptian chick for ancient Egypt?

None of them are bad, although the heroin girl is borderline.
I prefer the one who can argue with me constructively.

I like the Victorian chick best, but you all know why

Some believe that they were black.

It is pure bullshite.
Cross cultural anthropology has shown time after time that sillouettes of different body types as judged by men from America to Africa to remote pacific islands all choose the one that females struggle to attain/maintain, universally, the world over.
"But the media .." the scientific studies I have read were before internet, before TV reached the Federated States of Micronesia.
Thin waist, some titty, some arse, athletic thighs, slim shoulder profile.
I do have an anthropology degree from a major university, in case anyone was wondering.

No serious scholar does. There were some Nubians in later dynasties, but the actual science has shown them to be caucasoid...as we’ve pretty much always known. They lived in the Mediterranean. The Sahara was a MAJOR genetic buffer.
