Dude is creepy as hell, does not represent himself or Iowans very well with that clothing attire. We are not all like that lol some of us care about personal hygeine here.
As said by another hawkeye poster previously... most latino illwgals work in processing or manufacturing facilities here in Iowa. In the past decade we have had some pretty largescale raids in small towns. Yes it is an issue.

The area of the no fly zone doesn't line up with that exact location google map pin.
Guernsey is split in the no fly zone on the upper north west side of it. The exact location google map pin is further southwest of Guernsey and would be on the border of it as well.

On a side note the best way to get rid of a body is hogs.
Lost a neighbor to hogs he had an apparent heart attack in the lot, by the time we got to him about 30 minutes after his wife called us there wan't much meat left on the bones. I was about 12-13 took me awhile to get over that site.
