The BLM and NBPP didn't come from dirt poor black communities. Most of them are college-educated and come from middle-upper class families. See Quan X. They feel like they're "slumming it" here

Yep! They have no more excuses, hell most of them had more money than the poor whites in this area. This is nothing more than a bunch of spoiled and cuddled rich kids from college that want to create their 1960's moment. Enabled by the liberal/communist Professor's across America.

BRPD and law enforcement in general in South Louisiana may have their fair share of problems but they don't frick around when it comes to getting rid of troublemakers like this guy and they really commit to getting something done.

We actually have law enforcement agencies in Louisiana and particularly South Louisiana full of LEOs that do not give one shite about politics like baltimore and ferguson did.

Just watched DeRey get arrested. Unfortunately, he didn't resist so they didn't beat his arse. Maybe at the jail.

He needs to spend a night down in OPP for good measure. Get a real taste of South Louisiana prison yard.

Maybe they can room him up with a couple of dudes from the Aryan Brotherhood so they can discuss race relations.

cops are left off and nothing happens because it will come out that Alton had a gun. Also Americans are like gold fish they can only focus so long. Once we have some natural disaster hit around the globe and other global events this all goes away.

You're forgetting how these will be talking points in the election debates.

That reminds me of the Ferguson riots getting interrupted by the ISIS attack on Paris. The rioters promptly took to social media to let the world know that michael brown, a tPoS dindu needed more respect than France.

nothing much - they tried to block Airline in front of BRPD Hq and they broke it up - this one fella was arrested for blocking traffic on Airline - he claimed he wasn't however his own feed had him in the right hand lane - BRPD warned him that if he did it again - they were going to arrest him - which they did - media (our local) trying to make a big deal out of it. If they really wanted attention (national media) they should go out to Fla blvd between Denham Springs and Walker - block that highway - they would be on all of the Sunday talk shows.

Damn. Between you and Paul Allen, I can't figure out who asks for links more. It's gotten annoying.
