When I was a kid, when my brothers and I would go to the park and if there were black kids there (literally from over the tracks
), they would always say stuff like, "Oh! Did you hear that white boy?! He just called me a (n-word)." They would use it as an excuse to start fights with us. I blame my half-white privilege for telling that story.

My older brother and I were leaving a bar one night and two black baws were talking smack as we were exiting. Probably drunk I'm assuming.
Anyway, my bro and this 6'7 dude started to go at it and my brother was kicking the sh*t out of this dude. Finally got him in a headlock and asked him if he was done. Dude literally bit my brothers face and said (verbatim) "I'm a n-word, we're allowed to fight dirty"
Other dude never got involved but did pick up my brothers watch and gave it back to my brother which was cool.

I'm well aware. My basketball team played a lot of pickup games in the ghetto since 95% of the team was from there.
