Elliot Cadeau? One of the stars of the Michigan basketball team. He is black and Swedish-American. Born in the US but plays Nationally for Sweden as his mother is from Sweden.

Being linked to the CBC is dubious.

But, if there was a Nigerian-American scholarship funded by the Nigerian government, I doubt the administration would care.

If you have to be ethnically Swedish, Norwegian, Polish, Irish etc. you are - again here is the word - effectively - limiting it to whites only.

Just like a schollie limited to people whose ancestry is Nigerian - effectively makes it a black scholarship.

A schollie for people of Chinese ancestry means - effectively - no whites needn't apply.

Either they all stay or they all go. I would have no problem either way.
