Holy shite that's awful. When I lived in Boulder I knew a guy who was having dinner with his girlfriend at their apartment, when the owner next door , cleaning his gun, fired a shot, hitting her in the head, killing her instantly. I also knew a girl whose brother was taking a rifle out of his trunk in uptown NOLA ( also in the 90s) when it fired and killed a guy walking about 100 yards away. This shut happens all the time.
