But we perfected it
Africans did improve on the seasoning, which led to the fried chicken you see today, but i would say that I perfected it.
Me personally.

As a black man, I'd be disappointed in the menu. I may be willing to eat the chicken, but I don't like spinach unless it's raw. I am very picky these days when it comes to how mac and cheese is made. If it isn't good to me, then I don't want it. I also don't eat cornbread, unless it's cornbread dressing, and I don't eat apple, or peach crisp.
Cornball brotha

I doubt I'd call myself that.

Perhaps corn casserole brother then? Creamy fried confetti corn partner? Maybe a corn pudding com-padre?

On one hand, it's so dumb to get offended by food, particularly good food.
On the other, who in the frick still doesn't expect controversy when you make a fried chicken and cornbread menu in celebration of something relating to black people?
I'm going to start a political correctness consulting firm and just take "hey is blackface offensive" calls for a few hundred bucks an hour.

Seen this multiple times on TD, who planted this nonsense idea in people's mind? Nobody likes Church's more than Popeyes.

i doubt mexicans would get offended by a menu with tacos or burritos

I'm surprised he said "soul food". Not long before that is also somehow offensive.

I dont get fried chicken being a black food or the shame associated with it.
Fried chicken is delicious.

Man as a student id be pissed if they pulled that menu

I think he meant "pulled" as in took it away.
Posted on 2/21/17 at 3:58 pm to bigrob385series
Pulled means got rid of it buddy

Because it's cheaper. When they're tight on cash they'll go there but I hadn't seen anyone actually prefer churches.
