I wouldn't blame them if they did shut down. The poor wait staff would be working their arse off for no tips. Why is it that most black people I know don't believe in tipping or they tip an insulting amount?

What's the reason hotels in Biloxi are so expensive next weekend? Was looking at a long weekend, but not at $500 a night at the Beau.
