Plenty of police presence in the park areas of Gulf Shores.
The biggest inconvenience to many drivers on the road was the fact they ignored driving laws and etiquette on their rented moped's.

I'll give you that, but it was worse because it was always a pack of five or six riding together and the "passenger" had to either FB Live or Periscope it.
