I’ll stand by that baptizing a person who is male living a life as female (or vice versa) is heresy.

If they have repented that also means living as God intended not how they chose.

You need to read a little more. Maybe talk to a theologian. If you want to understand infallibility and the what is actually preserved in the deposit of faith you need to do more than trust the pieces of info you have held on to. Try Magisterium by Avery Cardinal Dulles.
