Yall seen this?

Here is the commercial: LINK

It's a fat chick that says this:

"I eat. All the time. And I don't ever stop. And it's worse when I'm alone and no one can see me eat mayonnaise and potato chip pizza stuffed burritos. And almost all US Adults also do this.

It's not known how this works or why or if it's even real or how to tell if you have it, but take this pill and it might possibly change your brain patterns which some people think might cause this possible disorder.

I swear this is a real thing, now turn the camera off so I can eat this ranch dip with a spoon and wash it down with a 2 liter of coke."

What's the next disorder america invents to let people off the hook for their lack of self control?

There are mental issues associated with stuff like this. It's not the case with everyone, but it does exist. I'm not a psychiatrist, but it seems like an obsessive disorder of some sort. You see at the other end of the spectrum. Someone goes from fat/out of shape to overdoing it. That's what happened to me. It took me a while to stop doing it. I was really close to hurting my body. Even when I knew it was bad, I had trouble stopping it.

It takes a lot of willpower to overcome issues like this.

I saw that pizza disappear and I said - "Hey, I think I have that."

Is there a disability check with that? Because I'm hungry, y'all.

I am a notorious binge eater. But I wanted to lose weight, so what did I do? I STOPPED frickING BINGE EATING. People are sorely lacking in willpower.

I found myself depressed the other day, so I crushed what was bothering me with my mind vice.

I cannot stand weak-willed individuals.

BTW. The pill they are pushing is a stimulant which makes you not hungry. Not really fixing the problem but will prevent binging unless you REALLY REALLY REALLY try.

All these medications and disorders today are aimed at treating symptoms and perpetual sales rather than curing the problem.

The lady in the video obviously has self esteem and self control issues and probably some depression.

Friends , hobbies, diet and exercise would really help her life.

Instead she's recommended a pill and nothing changes.

It's the equivalent of going to the doctor with a knife sticking out of your arm and instead of removing it and stitching you up, he prescribes a pain killer and a nerve block and tells you to come back everytime it wears off.

Ask and you shall receive.

Doubt me again. And I'll kill you. By sending pizza to your house. For you to binge until you die!

I can't see video at work but she probably needs to be at Overeaters Anonymous instead. Most people with BED restrict afterwards with low calories, super "clean" foods, exercise or purging.
