Ain't that the truth?

Yeah, not sure what their point is, other than to well... show off how stupid, childish and idiotic they are. Oh well. I pity them if their lives are so meaningless and empty that they have to come in a crap all over a thread about the passing of a great American.

You could always count on Graham to provide cover for personal misdeeds of the political class...and a little anti-semitism over the phone and on tape with his pal Nixon.

no doubt,

agree or disaree with his belief or his politics or even his family life which he admitted he was absent for a good deal of it while traveling the world and preaching.

But he was not a hypocrite, he lived as he suggested to others. He admitted mistakes when he made them. He preached the love of Christ and emulated that as best as any human could.

shite, at the end of your life if you could be called a man of integrity and faith and although flawed as we all are, at least someone that truly tried to live a good life.. then you're a 1%'er.

That man was no different than any other TV preacher, taking advantage of hard working people for his financial gain, but for whatever reason he gets a pass. Matt. 10:8;9...

He gladly accepted $30,000 from my late widowed grandmother, who was on a fixed income! We found check stubs written to him over the period of 2 years and this how he became worth tens of millions of dollars! What does Matt. 10:8;9 say again?

Is he? This isn't my opinion, just what the bible says about death and Graham was just as imperfect and had the same Adamic sin just like all of us!

Disprove anything I posted, then. Jesus clearly said to NOT get paid for preaching at Matt. 10;8;9 yet this man you people are putting up on pedestal not only did not follow Jesus' words, he became very rich not following them! What do you think Jesus and Almighty GOD thinks of that? It is like people worshiped him instead of what the bible SAYS and he was more important than any single religion. BTW dipshit, that money would have went to a parent and aunt and uncles, so it has nothing to do with me!

It's pretty cute to list Romans 3:23 without also including verse 24.

quote:

23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, 24 and all are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus.

Yes, Billy Graham was a man. We are all sinful by nature. But to try to portray him as some money grubbing bigot is pretty silly, I think. I realize that it makes some of you feel better about yourselves to do so, however.
