Pretty big win for both companies. WWE gets what they want; TNA will undergo a major overhaul. The TNA name is no doubt gone:

Corgan gets to run TNA without Dixie and co. The Broken Matt Hardy brilliance gets to continue. TNA has actually been putting out quality programming since Corgan came aboard, which is just downright Twilight Zone shite considering Corgan used to be a huge flaming a-hole and now he's writing quality wrestling programming and having fun with his life.
For those thinking Dixie made off with a shitload of money...I doubt it. The sale probably went towards the massive debt she incurred that she's lucky to be out from under at all.
