Mulaney has the best combination of material (probably the best in the business) and delivery (very good) of anyone working.

Birbiglia is great, though I think he's better as a storyteller than at traditional stand-up.

Maria Bamford has to be top 5. Wish Tig Notaro was still doing her super weird stuff too, her last special was disappointing.

Hannibal Burress has my favorite delivery of anyone going right now, but his material is just mediocre for the most part.

Agree with all of this. I didn't love Mulaney's last Netflix special but he's still really good.

UF alum Todd Barry is still one of my favorites.

I think the venue really detracted from it, plus the whole aspect of it being filmed/lack of crowd work. I saw him on that tour while he was still workshopping material and people were rolling. Bits like the It's A Wonderful Life one were a lot more impactful in a smaller room.

Was bored and stoned the other night so wanted to watch some comedy. Never heard of this dude but he came up on Netflix so I gave his special a go.

Absofrickinglutely AWFUL. Like, not even a little bit funny.

To say he's better than Ole Billy Red Cheeks should get you a voluntary 1 week board ban for extreme homerism.

Tom Segura.

Saw him once in St. Louis. Will see him anytime he comes within a 6 hour drive.

He's great.

His bit about Oprah Winfrey commenting that being a mother is the hardest job in the world is hilarious------and so true.

Have you seen him on Conan lately? He's as crass as ever.

He tends to talk back to her quite a bit. I mean, he's been with her for over 10 years.

One of the reasons that I still love Chappelle's show was that it introduced me to Bill. Racial Draft...NSFW

It's the one flaw with Chapelle's Show is that Burr was underutilized. He was only used as the straight man.

don’t think some of his stories are meant to be taken totally literal, but more exaggeration for the humor.

I get that and laugh at his creativity. Again. I dont love his standup, but listen to a lot of podcasts that he goes on and also his podcast. It's funny until it gets to a point where you think the BS'ing goes too far, but the LA crowd he runs with eats it up.

Like someone else pointed out, he and Schuab on king and the sting can rip on people off the cuff and its hysterical.

He also put Logan Paul in his place.

Is this supposed to be an accomplishment?

I just can’t get past the way he talks. He tries too hard to sound like a mix between country and gangster. It bothers me.

Can’t stand these two, especially Bert. Half his jokes are talking about his daughter’s period, and the other half involve him taking his shirt off like a retard. He’s just riding the hell out of Rogan’s coat tails. That whole Death Squad crew is just so gay.

I'm sure the OT already knew this but according to Bert Kreischer's wiki he was the inspiration for National Lampoons Van Wilder.

Bill Burr, Anthony Jeselnik, and John Mulaney are by far the 3 best comedians in the world right now, and it's not even close. At all. Between those 3 I don't have a favorite because they're all hilarious.

So he only has two jokes.....because I've only heard the one joke Bout his daughter's period party.

He's not the funniest man alive, but hes got some funny stuff.
