You’ve got some problems, dude.

Why are you concerned with what other men are doing with their life?

Live your own life and be content.

The real reasons

1) Being fat. Fat tissue converts testosterone into estrogen.

2) Bad sleep. T is produced when you sleep. Sleep apnea is a killer of T.

3) Stress. Leads to poor sleep, eating poorly snd not exercising.

4) Alcohol. Especially beer.

Men who are struggling with wanting to have sex or whatever the low-T signal is should work out, get some sleep, stop drinking and go to church and pray.

That's the key to success. It's not a guess. It's science.

It's almost like God doesn't want us poisoning ourselves with alcohol, killing outselves with anxiety and getting fat and sloppy.

Retard alert! Retard alert!

I can drop it off at the mechanic, walk to work, and pick it up at the end of the day. And let them deal with the used oil.

I agree with everything you said.

The alcohol part is 100% true. Abstaining completely and having that control is like a drug in itself. That’s power.
