Its not like in the movies. Many abdominal wounds bleed very little or not at all. The bleeding goes on inside. Which is why some GSW vics look and act fine right up until their BP drops and they don't. You can't tell in the field which is why they all get transported emergent. Sometimes they are dying and sometimes the bullet didn't hit anything important.
