That's a Western Diamondback, and while they can get quite large (but not as large as Eastern Diamondbacks), given the forced perspective of that picture, it's probably no more than 6 ft. Still a very large snake though.
BTW (not necessarily directed at you), the number of snake rattles does not equal age of the snake, just how many times it has shed. A new segment for every shed, and a snake can shed multiple times a year.

Looks like a 9 year old 44" Timber ratler to me ... not of the canebreak variety like we have around here.
