But do you get what I’m leaning towards? Lots of ridiculous stories and lots of “” usage.

I don't agree. The poli board is generally called crazy by people who don't know anything about politics and can't discuss it so it's easier to just label as crazy.
Let's take a look at the lunch thread
-Poster who has been playing an act for years on the site which he has reduced to posting pretty much jibberish in the lunch thread only(pretty confirmed alter also)
-Another poster that pretty much speaks in jibberish and reports pics from the food board every day for years as a type of gumbo
-A guy/girl posting as 4 different people across the site
-A few other people that post in jibberish mixed in with a few real posts
-Oweo occasionally
-A group of 40 year old women in some exhausting fight that has been going on for years with no apparent end, oh but not one is at fault for their diarrhea of drama. At least it gets somewhat contained in here
-1 to 2 normal posters. You can decide who these are lol

unkown poster Lowndes45 made an obvious troll thread the other day:

just grazing through the post history, it's obvious this is a character, and again the vocabulary, prose, punctuation, etc. is remarkably similar to Tarzana--so much so, they both used the words "milieu" (in his first OP). What a strange word. it's so unique that i can't find any more than 17 instances of it used on TD, ever. Out of those 17 instances, Tarzana used it twice, and Lowndes45--who just so happens to post just like Tarzana and both have regions of the country as their screen name--used it once.
so what? it's just a word. that means nothing.
true, but think about how many posts have been on TD. there are 268,000 registered users. let's assume 100 posts each. that's 26,800,000 posts. only 17 of those ever used this word.
heather = yoga = Tarzana = Lowndes45, just to name a few.
