I built my truck off of that site, and will definitely post it there. Most for sales on that site are hosted on other sites and just linked. It's the right niche, it's just a small sample size.

I'm in Missouri and seller's typically are just up front and say, "Here is my bank payoff, make the check directly to them if you want. We can call them right now and verify that. Whatever makes you comfortable." If seller's won't do that then most folks will walk away.

Based on OP, I was going to suggest Carmax since you asked for the easiest, less hassle place without BS. This changes your situation a good bit. Probably should update OP to get better advice.
