Well OT. My time has come, my hairline is receding at a ripe 25 and I'd like to slow it as much as possible if I can, or at least not use a shampoo that accelerates it if I don't have to. Currently use basic H&S anti-dandruff because it's what I've always bought. I'm pretty sure it's not doing myself any favors but thought I'd tap the world's greatest source of information for any tips.

TIA

Tell your boyfriend to stop pushing on it and let you work at your own pace.

Nioxin is highly regarded. I've been using it for about 7 years. I can't say it's grown any hair back but maybe it keeps it from getting worse?

Shampoo won’t do dick. Work out and buy a sports car.

I use Nioxin as well. I'm not sure if my hair is or was thinning but I was paranoid about it and I figured it couldn't hurt.

Take off the cap if you want your cheekbones to pop.
