What's crazy cool now is if you are a woman you can talk how you will be pregnant when you start, so you can let them know you will be needing time off...

Ask if they frick on the first date. What's their favorite tequila. Do they take taxes out of your paycheck or can you just handle that on your own. Have they ever been sued for sexual harassment. Those are just the ones off the top of my head

On a serious note, I ask what keeps them excited to come to work everyday.
