I have to assume that Pedro's on Highland that used to be across the street from Der-Weinerschnitzel back in the arly 80's is gone? I know it was bad but at 2:30am it was great.

Any of y'all remember Pied Piper's Pizza in Metry?
IIRC, it was off of Severn, but on the other side as the rest of Fat City. I usually prefer thin pizza over thick, but that place's pizza had the best flavor. Plus, they used to let 16 year olds drink, so there was that too.
Y'all remember that place? Was the pizza actually as good as I remember, or am I viewing it through the eyes of nostalgia?
The other place I'd say is Brunings out on the lakefront.

I went there a couple times with my grandfather when I was a small child.
IIRC, they used to illegally screen blacked out Saints games via satellite. You had to go in through the back door.
