I have 3 I wear right now. My main two are Issey Miyake L’eau D’Issey and Terre de Hermès. I have a Giorgio Armani I also like.

If you must wear cologne the answer is Clubman or English Leather.
Clubman ball powder is the shite.

My giant 10 year old bottle of Polo Black is still my favorite. Pretty sure it's going to last me a lifetime
I just finished last month a bottle of Polo Blue I received at Christmas 2003. Not even sure what to go with now. Maybe Polo Black? Waiting until I'm 50 to wear the old school Polo Green.

Obsession for men, and the women's version is awesome.

My top 3:
Creed Aventus (pineapple, smokiness, vanilla)
Bleu de Chanel (really difficult to describe, but has kind of a warm-woody with some sort of underlying citrus that isn't overwhelming that I can't put my finger on)
3 is tough, but probably Green Irish Tweed, also by Creed (really unique scent that smells like it sounds. Somewhat of a "sharper" green/grassy smelling delight that seems like it should be worn by anyone in a Tweed jacket over the age of 30)
The above are great "every day and all year long" scents.
Honorable mentions are most "Blue" scents- Polo Blue (they recently came out with an Eau de Parfum, but I like the classic EDT better. Kind of like a nice shower gel + cucumber-y), Aqua di Gio (unique to itself, but it kind of smells like Dillard's and is so popular that you'll smell like everyone....because everyone likes it because it smells so damn good), and there's a couple of Tom Ford ones in blue bottles that are pretty good, but I think Chanel's blue takes the cake.
Slightly more subtle but fantastic: Chanel pour Monsieur (little spicier, probably need to be a bit older to appreciate it, but not NEARLY like Polo by Ralph Lauren (the green bottle))
Really good summer scent is Creed Virgin Island Water - it has a coconut and lime scent that really lends itself to summer time and smells really good.
As you may be able to tell, I like most things Creed.
I've also got Chanel Allure Homme Sport which is basically subtle orange and vanilla. I'm hot/cold on it
I enjoy my Polo Double Black, but it just doesn't last long on my skin (4 hours or less)
I'll stop with the metrosexuality now.
