Like I said it has a boutique feel and they did a good job keeping the Art Deco and Greek Revival character of the bank building. That said it is not a "destination" hotel, BR doesn't really have one, if you have stayed at some of the Autograph Collection hotels in some of the big cities it may be a little of a let down.

Thank you. The bar is nice, but with many hotels in that niche, I worry about sound. A lot of the converted hotels I’ve stayed in are loud.

Watermark or Hilton is the best.
Mariott is also recently renovated and very nice.

I didn't notice noise there BUT when I am up I usually have TV or music on and when in bed I travel with a white noise machine.

Embassy Suites can get worn down because they often attract value travelers looking drawn by the idea of having a suite that they can stuff a bunch of people in. A better nearby choice is the Holiday Inn.
