I have the book and the record! Bloom County kept me sane during my college years. Played in a band for awhile back then. My brother was our drummer and had a Gene Simmons-looking Opus with a tuba painted on the face of his kick bass with Death Tongue written across the top. I think his artwork was more popular with the crowds than our playing.
