Anywhere locally (to BR area and by BR I mean surrounding parishes that actually seek them). Happy to pay cash or whatever gets me best price. Is there a place that has better deals in general?

Nothing beats driving around eastern Kentucky mountains and hitting up the fireworks stand every half block and then shooting them off in the next 1/4 block
