Second best: Green bean and artichoke casserole with tons of butter, garlic and Italian breadcrumbs.

This sounds amazing. We eat the "crunchy garbage on top" yankee shite.

Worst for me has to be beets.

The best is cornbread dressing with a white eggy scrap meat based gravy.

That and broccoli casserole.

Worst stuffing

I'm surprised. If I had to guess, I would say you are about 18% stuffing and 12% gravy.

I love it myself but have to admit that a lot of these other green bean casseroles sound superior.

I can't find my wife's recipe at the moment but these seem to approximate it. I forgot to mention the romano and or parmesan cheese.

You must be 8 yrs old. Cuz that was my exact opinion at that age. However, now, stuffing is my favorite part of thanksgiving.

I used to hate cranberry sauce growing up because it looks so unappetizing coming out of that can, but it's actually not that bad when mixed with cornbread dressing, turkey, and gravy. The flavors mix together well.

Give us the rest of the story, Paul Harvey.

This is how I feel about all the knocks on cranberry sauce. My wife makes hers homemade with orange zest in it and it's amazing.

I'm surprised 3 little old ladies didn't have 3 turkeys each in the trunk of the car ready to go for backup. Saying in their head "he's gonna frick this up"

The guy is in his 50's. He's a lifelong bachelor but you would think he's noticed that whole frozen turkeys aren't 30 min meals. I don't know what he was thinking.
