They finally tore down the Bennigan's at Cortana yesterday. I remember when that was a prime college gig to have.

Never went to that location really, but we used to go to the one on Bluebonnet constantly after work for server appreciation night. Good times

Bennigan's is trying to gear up a comeback - five stores scheduled to "open soon." There are presently 12 U.S. locations and 17 overseas - most in the ME.

Why? Their business model is to maybe have one decent manager trying to oversee 20 to 30 employees who just don't give a shite.

Bennigan's menu got bigger and bigger, and their food got shittier and shittier. Towards the end the menu was a phone book.
